The project consists of the construction of (135) 3000 square foot houses on common property similar to the Chimney Hill project. Richards Corporation performed the infrastructure plus all house lots developments. The infrastructure consisted of sewer, water, electric, gas, earth cuts and fills, roadways and landscaping.
