Brief:
Richards performed all facets of the site work construction for this historic project. It was a twin to the first of its kind at the University in that they were provided a turn-key (design/build) building.
The project was turned over in 9 months, 6 months earlier that originally anticipated. Richards had to remove the hilltop consisting of approximately 100,000 cy of earth exported off the site.
